PAYMENT INFORMATION
Secure Online Payments may be made using your credit card, debit card, or Paypal. Floral Creations By POMA also accepts Checks and Money Orders. Electronic payments are expected to be received within 48 hours. Mail in payments (personal checks, cashier's checks and money orders) should be received within 5 days. All mail in payments must clear the bank system before merchandise can be shipped.
SHIPPING
We only ship to continental US Locations at this time. We ship all orders within 2 business days after receipt of payment. We use the shipping services of UPS or USPS whichever is most economical.
SHIPPING INSURANCE AND CLAIMS
Purchasing shipping insurance is strongly recommended. PLEASE NOTE: If the purchaser does not opt for the insurance offered, they assume all responsibility for any loss or damages incurred during shipping. Floral Creations By POMA is not liable for refunds due to loss or damage by the shipper unless the buyer purchased insurance.
PACKING OF YOUR FLORALS
Florals are packed very, very well. However upon arrival, a bit of "fluffing" may be required to bring the Floral back to its Original Beauty. This is normal. Great care is taken in the packaging of your purchase. However, in the unlikely event that your item is damaged in transit please keep all packing material, notify the delivery driver if external damage is evident, and notify us as soon as possible. We will be happy to file the insurance claim for you and follow up to ensure your refund is credited back to you as soon as possible. Do NOT discard any packing material or any damaged product as the shipping company has the right to pick up the package from your home. Failure to follow these procedures may result in a rejected claim.
Our customers return time and time again because they are completely satisfied with their purchases and our Customer Service. We want all our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. Should there be a problem, please contact us via email within 5 days of receipt of your purchase. Items returned without proper authorization will be refused and all shipping charges will be the responsibility of the shipper. If a return is authorized, a Return Authorization Number (RMA) will be issued with explicit instructions for the return. We must receive returned items within 10 days of issuance of a Return Authorization Number.
Shipping fees on returns are not refundable.
Returned items should be packaged securely in their original packaging and original condition, and MUST be insured for the value of the item. The original packing slip along with your Return Authorization Number must be included in the package. Returned items which become lost or damaged during shipping and have NOT been insured shall VOID all refunds or store credit.
